The Divisional Police Headquarters, Oke-ila division, Ado-Ekiti has confirmed the arrest of 19-year-old boy, Olajobi Taiwo, a resident of Dallimore Street, Ado-Ekiti, for sexually defiling a 15-years-old secondary school girl.
According to a source from the the police station, said the victim for fear of being beaten by her mother for wrong doing, ran away from the house, only to be lured by the suspect to his room where she was forcefully had carnal knowledge of her.
The case was later transferred to the Gender Based Violence Unit of the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, State Headquarters, Ado-Ekiti, for thorough investigation.
Shortly after the preliminary investigation the Command warns citizens to be law abiding and desist from all forms of sexual crimes and other criminal acts as those found wanting will be brought to book accordingly.
