The pan-Yoruba socio-cultural organization, the Defense for Yoruba Rights (DYPR) has lambasted the present administration in the  country under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, over what it called bad policies  embarked upon by the government.
The group also lamented on what it called hardship currently encountered by the people of the country occasioned by the bad policies of the APC government in the country.
The National  President of the DYPR, Otunba Muyideen Olamoyegun, spoke at the weekend in Akure, the Ondo State capital, lamented that the APC government has not only brought untold hardship to the country, but brought more poverty and hardship to the people.
Otunba  Olamoyegun mentioned the recent rises in the prices of data, food stuff, electricity tarrif, building materials as well as Petrol Motor  Spirit (PMS) to mention a few.
He called on the people of the country especially those from the Yoruba race to rise to the challenge and talk to President Tinubu on how to provide good governance that will make lives more bearable for the people of the country.
The Human Rights Activist equally called notable Yoruba Indegenes especially those that supported President Bola Tinubu during the 2023 presidential election to advise him on good policies that would make lives more bearable for the people of the country.
He described the APC-led government in the country as a dececive government that has never bring any development to the country since it came into power in 2015.
“Several products, especially food items suddenly soar in the market, lives has not be the same for the people of the country, all these problems ovassioned by bad policies and hardship that the APC government symbolises”
“The hardship in the country further exposed President Bola Tinubu and his team as a group of people with no vision for the people of the country”
