The candidate of the Action Democratic Party in the forthcoming gubernatorial election in Ondo State, Hon Ayodeji Emmanuel Akinnodi, has urges residents of Ondo State to get their Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs) and vote out the All Progressive Congress APC during the November 16, 2024 gubernatorial election.
The ADP governorship candidate in a statement by his campaign team called on the electorates to move enmass to the office of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and collect their PVC and reject the APC during the conduct of the election.
According to the statement “I admonished all the electorates in Ondo State, particularly those who are yet to collect their PVC to do so immediately”
The ADP candidate noted that the change they desire to see in Ondo state would only be effective when they have their PVCs and vote for ADP and reject the ruling APC.
The ADP governorship candidate made passionate appeal to all his supporters and all those he called good-loving residents of Ondo State to reject the APC during the election.
He also pleaded to the electorates to visit the various designated collation centers in the 203 wards in the their respective local governments across the state.
The ADP governorship candidate also call on all the stakeholders, party faithfuls of the ADP in the state to unite and work assiduously in a move to restle power from the ruling APC and provide good governance that the people of Ondo State really deserves.
According to him “For us to bid the APC farewell in the forthcoming guber election, we have to unite, respite can only come to Ondo people, when we have remove them from governing Ondo state.
“I appeal to you all, go and collect your PVCs and vote enmass for our party, do not allow them to deceive you with N5,000 on election day, your vote is your power, strength and voice.
“Don’t be deceive with their antics, they don’t have anything to offer, infact their followers are hungry, you can see abject poverty and hardship all over the country” he stated.
