A Non-governmental Organization, Adeyosoye Adeniyi Child Care Advocacy Foundation (AFA) has condoled with government and the people of Borno State over the recent flooding disaster in the State.
The foundation equally donated food items, cash, clothing, medical equipments, bedding and other household materials estimated about several millions of naira.
In a release signed by the Digital Secretary of the foundation Mr Ayorinde Adetula, extend its deepest condolences to the Government and people of Borno State, particularly the parents and families of those who lost their beloved children in the recent devastating flood disaster.
According to the release “We are deeply saddened by the loss of precious lives and the destruction caused by this tragedy. Our hearts go out to the families who have been affected, and we pray that God grants them the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
“VAs an organization dedicated to the welfare and protection of children, we are particularly distressed by the loss of young lives. We understand the trauma and pain that comes with losing loved ones, and we want to assure you that our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
“In solidarity with the affected families, AFA Child Care Advocacy Foundation is committed to providing support to alleviate their suffering. We are mobilizing relief materials and cash donations to support the affected families. Our team will work closely with local authorities and other partners to ensure that these resources get to those who need them most.
“We urge all Nigerians to join us in praying for the families of the deceased and the people of Borno State. May God comfort and strengthen you in this time of grief.

The organization used the period to called on the public spirited individuals, religious organizations and philosophist to come to the aides of the Borno State Government and the victims in alleviating their suffering by donating materials to the affected victims of the flood.
