Personalities from all walks of life at the weekend gathered at the main campus, Adeyemi University of Education Ondo to witness a colourful ceremony and the award presentation to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Adeyosoye Feyisola Adeniyi Childcare Advocacy Foundation.
The award tagged “Award of Excellent” organised by the Education Student’s Association of Nigeria, Adeyemi University chapter as part of the ceremony marking the annual cultural day of the association.
The well attended ceremony was graced by students from various higher institutions of learning, political allies of the award receiver, scholars, friends as well s family of Honourable Adeyosoye.
Speaking while presenting the award, the President of the association, Comrade Adebayo Adedeji, said the award presented to the CEO is in recognition of his immense contributions towards the development of students community in the institution.
The President while appreciation the CEO over what he described as his unalloyed contributions and supports to the body, equally appreciated him for his supports and contributions towards the development of his community, urged other youths especially those in political class in the area to emulate Honourable Adeyosoye by contributing towards the development of humanity in their various environments.
Adedeji, while paying glowing tribute to the CEO AFA foundation, however stressed the needs for him not to relent in his efforts by continue to use his position as an advocate for childcare development and fight for the right of the children within the society.
In his response, Honourable Adeyosoye thanked the students body for the award of excellent bestowed on him; he however reiterated his continuous supports for the association and the student’s community in general.
The highly elated AFA CEO stressed the needs for the students to be more focused and dedicated to their studies, saying that it is only this way their future dream could be achieved.
