The leading aspirant for the Ondo East/ West Federal Constituency, at the National Assembly, Hon Jibayo Adeyeye, has extended a warm greetings and heartfelt felicitations to His Imperial Majesty, Oba Dr. Victor Adesimbo Ademefun Kiladejo, CFR, Jilo III, the Osemawe and Paramount Ruler of Ondo Kingdom, on the joyous occasion and the celebration of the 2025 Odun Oba Festival.
Adeyeye in a statement by his media team, hailed the Osemawe and his Chiefs for their visionary leadership, commitment to peace, unwavering dedication to the cultural heritage and development of Ondo kingdom.
The former Majority Leader of the Lagos State House of Assembly, described the annual Odun Oba festival as a proud symbol of the Ondo people’s history, unity and an enduring traditional legacy.
The legal luminary and Medical Doctor further commended members of the organizing committee, chiefs, royal family members, sons, and daughters of Ondo kingdom both at home and in the diaspora for keeping the festival vibrant and relevant in modern times.
While reiterating his relentless readiness to continue in contributing more to the development of Ondo town and its Indegenes, the politician wished the Osemawe a long reign in good health and greater wisdom, later prayed for the continued peace, prosperity and progress in Ondo kingdom.
While wishing all Ondo indegenes a happy celebration, of the 2025 annual Odun Oba festival, Adeyeye stressed the needs for the youths in Ondo kingdon to continue to maintain peace and shun any activities capable of truncating their future ambition.
